Ceramics are back in vogue

As the name implies, Peter Svarrer has created MOMENT based on the idea of ”the moment”, and the magic that prevails when we sit with our family at the dinner table or by ourselves for a much needed coffee break.
Even though MOMENT is retro-inspired, the series’ colour range is completely up to date and in line with modern interior design trends.  Black, sand, lime green, lavender blue and putty coloured glazing make the parts easy to mix with each other. The fine colour scale makes MOMENT something you will not want to hide away in kitchen cupboards: instead, you can stack the bowls, mugs and plates on the kitchen table and use the parts as decorative bursts of colour in a minimalist kitchen.

The MOMENT ceramic series consists of mugs (33 cl), breakfast bowls (circumference 15 cm) and dinner plates (circumference 19 cm) and is available in shops from early September 2011.

A design created during the development of Peter Svarrer's new MOMENT ceramics collection, making it a perfect match for this series’ cups and cake plates. Use the MOMENT thermos jug with matching MOMENT pieces, unique ceramics, flea market finds or inherited items. The round retro design and the matt black colour go with most things and the attractive shape helps provide a touch of sensuality when the warm drinks are poured out.
The MOMENT thermos jug holds 1 litre and is available in shops from early October 2011.

Light the candle and enjoy the moment

The MOMENT candleholder is just like the rest of the series and is shaped with respect for the material and preference for soft curves.  A fine pattern of holes in the holder makes the brightness from the flame shine even brighter in the room and the inside glazing creates a soft play on colour that exudes relaxation. For the evening, your favourite TV programme or just for doing nothing...

Grand Cru stoneware series for the new Scandinavian kitchen

Cleaning and washing up is something that keeps many away from the kitchen, but the new stoneware series from Rosendahl is great news for all those who love slow food - and quick washing up!  The series' cake form, bread form and ramekins are all produced in solid stoneware with practical non-stick surface, which means goodbye to baking paper and hello to food that can easily be loosened from the form without it getting stuck.
 

The Grand Cru stoneware series is available in shops from mid August.

New super size Grand Cru dish for fish and other fine foods

This autumn we add a serving dish to our popular assortment of Grand Cru porcelain with room for half salmons and whole dinner parties, sushi, tapas,mixed salad and lots of prettily decorated cupcakes... The dish is naturally also suitable as a supplement to the series' other white bone china, which epitomise Scandinavian ”no-nonsense” design and functionality.
